Ahead of tomorrow’s segment on the Jon McComb Show at 9:10 AM, I had the chance to talk to Shana Myara from the Vancouver Queer Film Festival.
This year there’s a range of themes – topics exploring everything from transgender issues to queer con artists – and an interesting feature this year called ‘Do it Yourself Gender.’
There are 33 Canadian shorts overall – which is the largest number of Canadian features for the festival.
